1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Dheera Tech ("the Company", "We", "Us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dheera Tech regarding your use of our software development, consulting, and maintenance services.
If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with updates indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
2. Services Offered
Dheera Tech provides high-tier web development, UI/UX design, and technical infrastructure solutions. Our services are tailored to client-specific requirements as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Level Agreement (SLA).

3. Payment & Renewal
Fees for services are billed according to the project milestones or monthly subscription cycles. All invoices are payable within 14 business days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in your specific contract.
LATE PAYMENTS
Failure to settle invoices within the agreed timeframe may result in temporary suspension of services or access to development environments.
Renewals for maintenance contracts are automatic unless written notice is provided at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the current term.
4. Content Ownership
Upon final payment, full intellectual property rights for the custom-developed frontend assets and business logic are transferred to the Client. However, Dheera Tech retains ownership of:
- Pre-existing proprietary frameworks and libraries
- Common technical methodologies used across projects
- Open-source components integrated into the solution
The Company reserves the right to showcase non-confidential visual elements of the completed work in our professional portfolio for marketing purposes.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Conditions. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for work completed up to the date of termination become immediately due.
Provisions regarding Intellectual Property, Confidentiality, and Limitation of Liability shall survive the termination of this agreement.
